Energy storage enclosures must protect dense battery racks while managing heat, moisture and service access. Enclosures are laser-cut and CNC-formed from carbon steel (SPCC) or galvanized steel with zinc-rich primer and UV-stable outdoor powder coating; 304/316 stainless is available for coastal or aggressive environments. Heavy battery loads are supported with reinforced bases, integrated skids or forklift pockets and certified lifting lugs as required. We inspect fit, grounding, weld quality and seal integrity before export packing.
