What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no minimum. We accept a single prototype or sample so you can validate fit and design before scaling up, and we handle production runs all the way to full container loads with the same engineering attention.

What drawings or files do you need to quote?

DXF, DWG, STEP, or PDF are ideal, but a clear sketch, photo, or even a sample unit works. Send dimensions, material, thickness, finish/color (RAL), quantity and any cutout or component requirements. Our engineers review every design for manufacturability and can suggest cost-saving changes before production.

How fast can you quote and what is the lead time?

Quotes are typically returned within 24 hours. Prototypes and samples generally ship within 1–3 weeks depending on complexity; bulk lead times depend on quantity, finish and assembly scope and are confirmed in writing on every quote and proforma invoice.

Can you build weatherproof IP55 / IP65 outdoor enclosures?

Yes. We build outdoor cabinets with continuous gaskets, rain hoods, sealed cable entries and ventilation to your required protection level. Tell us the target IP rating and environment, and we'll design and verify the sealing accordingly.

Which materials and finishes do you work with?

Carbon steel (SPCC/CRS), 304 and 316 stainless steel, and aluminum. Finishes include in-house powder coating in any RAL color (smooth or textured), corrosion-resistant zinc-rich primers, brushing/polishing for stainless, and plating where specified.

Can you wire and fully assemble electrical cabinets?

Yes. Beyond the sheet metal, we install MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, busbars, fans, filters, 19-inch rails, locks and indicator lights, and we wire to your single-line diagram and bill of materials. You can receive a bare enclosure or a ready-to-connect cabinet.

What are your shipping and payment terms?

We commonly ship FOB Shanghai or Ningbo and can arrange door-to-door delivery with export packaging. Payment is typically by T/T bank transfer with a deposit to start production and the balance before shipment; exact terms are confirmed on your proforma invoice. Contact us to confirm terms for your order.

Do you protect customer designs and confidentiality?

Yes. Your drawings, samples and project details are kept confidential and are never shared or reused for other customers. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before you release sensitive files.

From a Small Workshop to a Trusted Manufacturer

2007

Founded in Lin'an, Hangzhou

Hangzhou Linan Zhonghe Metal Products Co., Ltd. was established with a single press brake and a handful of skilled metalworkers. The mission was simple: deliver quality sheet metal fabrication with integrity.

2010

Expanded into Enclosure Manufacturing

Recognizing growing demand for custom electrical and network enclosures, we invested in our first CNC turret punch and expanded our bending capacity. This marked our shift from general fabrication to enclosure specialization.

2015

Built In-House Powder Coating Line

To control quality and lead time, we brought surface finishing in-house. Our own spray booth and curing oven meant faster turnaround and consistent RAL color matching — no more relying on third-party coaters.

2020

Laser Cutting & 30+ Team

Added a Hongshan fiber laser cutting machine for precision blanking. Our team grew to 30+ skilled craftsmen — welders, press brake operators, finishers, and QC inspectors — all working under one roof.
